Phamily Led Organizations
At Phi Delta Epsilon, we encourage our members to pursue opportunities both within and beyond the fraternity. We believe in the value of being active leaders and contributors, whether on campus or in the community. We are especially proud when our members take the initiative to create their own clubs, organizations, or projects that align with their passions and goals.
Here are some of our current members who are making an impact and continuing to lead by example:

Gamecock EMS (GEMS)
a student organization open to anyone interested in emergency medicine. Aims to provide its members with hands-on meidcal experience through skill wokrshops, as well as opportunities to obtain EMT< First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications. Their long-term goal is to establish a student-run rescue squad to respond to and prvide medical care during on-campus 911 calls
Gamecock for LLS
a student organization affiliated with the national organization Leukemia & Lymphoma society. Their goal is to promote awareness, educate, and fundraise for leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers. They hold monthly meetings to discuss new updates in research, brainstorm ideas for fundraising, announce events, and have guest speakers. They also hold percent nights and other fun fundraising events. The club is open to everyone on campus, and they aspire to foster a sense of community within our organization by connecting students across various majors and backgrounds, who are all united by a common goal of making a difference in the fight against leukemia and lymphoma.

No Periods Left Behind (NPLB)
An advocacy group that raises awareness about period poverty on campus, engage the students of USC in taking action against local period poverty, and support established non-profit organizations in their efforts to battle period poverty through service and legislative action. Members will be involved in monthly on-campus period party events to pack and organize parcels of period products for those facing period poverty locally, distribute parcels of period products to populations in need at local partnered schools, shelters, etc, regularly fundraise to purchase period products and other necessary materials sustainably, and more!.
Exercise is Medicine (EIM)
Encourages physicians and other health care providers to include physical activity when designing treatment plans and to refer patients to evidence-based exercise proframs and qualified exercise professionals. EIM is committed to the belief that physical activity promotes optimal health and is integral in the prevention and treatment of many medical conditions. The university/college setting is a microcosm that can help to educate and inspire students, faculty, and staff to work together to promote phsyical activity an campus and within healthcare settings.
