FAQ
Q: What is the difference between business casual and business professional?
A: Business casual is more relaxed while maintaining a professional appearance. This might include collared shirts, khakis and loafers without a tie or nice blouses, tailored pants, or skirts with flats/heels. Business professional is more formal. This typically consists of full suit with a dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes or conservative dress with appropriate shoes and accessories. Examples are posted on the instagram prior to recruitment season.
Q: How will I know I have been invited back?
A: You will receive an email from the PhiDE Recruitment email stating that you are welcome back to attend the next event with details attached or sent out later.
Q: What happens if I don't get invited back?
A: Phi Delta Epsilon does not accept appeals during the recruitment process. However, PNMs can request feedback after recruitment has concluded and go through recruitment more than once. For example: If you went through recruitment in the spring, you may go through the process again in the fall or the following spring. Keep in mind you may only rush three times before becoming ineligible for a bid.
